Repair and Exchange Services
For defective parts, we offer repair and exchange service contracts as well as a parts exchange service. For the latter, you can order new spare parts from our stock in exchange for defective parts and receive a discount off the normal list price.
Spare Parts Framework Contracts
Spare parts services can also be bundled in a spare parts framework contract as part of a life-cycle partnership agreement. In this case, we deliver defined parts at designated delivery times and fixed prices. Attractive discounts are available for larger order volumes, and substitutes are also covered.
You can get the complete spectrum of spares and wear-and-tear parts with our flat-rate spares contract. The contract allows you to lock in fixed prices for specified system use over a defined period of time – and it also covers the contractually agreed delivery times.
