Spare parts framework agreements
Spare parts services can also be bundled in a spare parts framework agreement defining clear delivery times for spare parts, obsolescence management and fixed prices and discounts based on volume.
The complete spectrum of spares and wear-and-tear parts can also be covered with our flat-rate spares contract. The contract allows you to lock in fixed prices for specified system use over a defined period of time – and it also includes contractually agreed delivery times.
